Darren Chester MP, the Member for East Gippsland, and Jane Greacen, Deputy Mayor of East Gippsland helped officially re-open the Outward Bound Snowy River Campus over the Anzac Day weekend. In the devastating Black Summer Bushfires of 2019/20, Outward Bound Australia lost much of our program areas throughout the Snowy River National Park.
Thanks to the dedicated staff at OBA, the most amazing & resilient local community around Buchan, as well as support from both the Federal & Victorian State Governments, we have new infrastructure and operational areas. This will see us able to run outdoor education programs more safely and effectively in this iconic and beautiful area.
