$700,000 for 70 years
Here’s what 70 years has taught us: adventure isn’t measured in mountains climbed or rivers crossed. It’s measured in the confidence gained, the communities built, and the lives transformed. That’s why we’re launching our “700 for 70” campaign.
Our goal? Raise $700,000 to provide scholarships, upgrade equipment, and strengthen the infrastructure that makes our programs possible. This funding will give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds – those who need it most – the chance to experience a life-changing Outward Bound adventure.
To our existing donors and supporters: thank you. Your belief in our mission allows us to reach deeper into communities and continue changing lives through the power of experiential learning outdoors.
Want to be part of this impact? Whether through a donation, a partnership, or simply spreading the word, we’d love to hear from you. Because together, we go further.
Masterplan for the future
The masterplan developed by award winning Sally Draper Architects and TCL Landscape Design provides for a staged build.
What we've already completed
The masterplan developed by award winning Sally Draper Architects has already been in progress since 2021. From the uncertainty of COVID, Tharwa Campus was reimagined and has been restoring and revitalising building on the property. The Possum Kitchen has been revitalised and turned into a student cooking space and conference space. The old horse stables were dusted off, cleaned out and beautifully rennovated to become a Bushcraft Worskshop. The Challenge Shed, Ops Shed and grounds have all undergone significant face-lifts- allowing students to have wide open undercover areas to learn in.
Take a look at the amazing works that have been completed so far- but the new Communal Centre is our most ambitious build yet!
We need your help to bring the Communal Centre to life
