Outward Bound Australia currently employs approximately 80 exceptional staff. Our departmental structure consists of the Executive, Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, and the Operational teams. The primary focus of the Operational School is on the design, delivery and quality of our programs, the learning and development of current and future staff, area development, risk management, as well as logistics and maintenance.
