What Does OB Professional do?

Outward Bound Professional teaches the practical skills of leadership through action-oriented, outdoor based experiential techniques that can be transferred to soft skills within the office to develop effective leaders and high performance teams.

Our courses draw upon take a holistic approach to activities; participants will be challenged on four different levels; mental, social, emotional and physical.

We deliver custom-designed programs built around a range of safe, outdoor challenges set in stunning scenery around Australia. The programs are based around building cohesive teams by focusing on the following leadership development components;

  • Providing individuals with models of leadership that they can align their own style with and grow into.
  • Facilitating peer feedback sessions, enabling individuals to gain self-awareness.
  • Presenting opportunities, based on the nature of the course, which inherently require spontaneous situational leadership.
  • Enabling the experience of how an individual responds at the edge of their perceived limits.
