Essentially we are looking for a staff member for more than just the Internship program. We are looking for potential staff that will be the future leaders of Outward Bound Australia.

• A keen interest to continually learn and challenge yourself
• Great personal belief in your own abilities and the potential of others
• Interest and experience in the outdoors
• The ability to work outdoors, away from facilities, for long periods
• Experience working with groups
• Excellent personal organisation skills
• A sense of humour
• The ability to swim
• Licence and ability to drive a manual car
• Minimum 18 years of age
