Outward Bound will be offering a range of Public, Family, Navigator and Catalyst Courses along with a Combined Schools 'Foundations' Regional Partnership Program in 2007. Information evenings will be held early in the year to which Community Groups and Schools are invited to attend and hear more about the Outdoor Education opportunities available to them. Positions on programs will be provided through heavily subsidised scholarships provided through sponsors of the Australian Outward Bound Development Fund.

In 2008 Scholarships will be open to all Year 9 students from Schools in the Illawarra, South Coast or Far South Coast Regions. Students should complete an Application form as soon as possible as places are limited.

May 2007 saw the inaugural South East Region Combined Schools Foundations Outward Bound Program launched with 35 participants and 2 teachers from 12 Schools, attending a 7 day program at Outward Bound's National Base in Tharwa, ACT. An amazingly successful program saw graduates returning to their schools passionate about Outward Bound and Outdoor Education scholarship opportunities.
