In 2008 Outward Bound Australia in partnership with Arthur Earle Foundation and CISCO Career Pathways are excited to be able to provide students from South East Queensland the opportunity for scholarships to attend an Outward Bound Outdoor Adventure Personal Development Experience. 

The Inagural South East Queensland Foundation course is a 7 day Outward Bound program youth with leadership potential in year 9 from schools in the Darling Downs, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  Scholarship are limited to 36 places so students and schools are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Year 9 Foundations - South East Queensland 19th - 25th June 2008, Toonumbar National Park

Outward Bound are planning to also offer a leadership program again in 2008 for year 10-12 students from South East Queensland. This Scholarship offering will be in high demand and places will be limited to 15 students.

South East Queensland Navigator 30th June - 11th July 2008, Toonumbar National Park 

Once again, the course will take place in Toonumbar National Park with participants being selected from South East Queensland schools.  The scholarship includes transport to and from the program location, Toonumbar National Park. 

The 2007 program was held in the majestic Toonumbar National Park near Kyogle during the mid-year break with participants being selected from a number of Gold Coast schools.  The 2007 program was a resounding success, with four schools taking part.
