Robert is one of the pioneers of Outward Bound Regional Community Partnership Programs having inspired the development of a combined schools initiative in the Mildura and Sunraysia district of North Western Victoria. The Mildura program is now in its sixth year and has seen over 400 students attend an Outward Bound course.
