Global Leaders Program is a unique Outward Bound International course designed to foster cross-border understanding, compassion and collaboration among emerging leaders.

Selected emerging leaders representing the world's socio-economic, political, ethnic, religious and cultural diversity are brought together to create a network of leaders who possess an appreciation of international human diversity, an increased ability to collaborate and resolve issues and a sense of responsibility to provide service to all world citizens.
