It doesn't take a crisis to know that mid-life has arrived and youth is just a distant memory. Yet most of us believe we're too busy to take stock of who we really are and what matters in life.
There's nothing more exhilarating than re-discovering a new outlook and enthusiasm for life. Be assured the spark remains, just waiting to be rekindled with some new and inspiring experiences. You need a space for renewal, reflection and regeneration - to create a new lease and view on life.
