THE AREA The magnificent Australian Alps form the backdrop for the ACT based course. A network of picturesque mountains, rivers and streams, provides an amazing location for your experience. As the Outward Bound National Base is situated here, we are able to offer participants in this area a unique Outward Bound experience. With one of the largest rope courses in the southern hemisphere and access to many activity sites year round, courses in this area are always varied and exciting! Activities in this area may include:

A variety of water activities in the Murrumbidgee River (according to water levels)
Playing on our magnificent ropes course During the warmer months it is a perfect place to experience the stunning valleys and mountains. See beautiful and rare flora and fauna unique to this area.
