CEO speaks on Leadership
Outward Bound Australia CEO Darren Black recently presented at the Association of Heads of Independent Schools Australia Pastoral Care Conference in Launceston, Tasmania. The Conference was held at Scotch College, Oakburn in May 2008 addressing the theme of "Life, Love and Leadership: it's all about relationships".

Casual Instructor Positions

WE ARE OPENING UP CASUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO THE AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL OUTDOOR PROFESSIONAL FIELD!

Traditionally, casual staff utilised during our peak seasons have been solely ex-Outward Bound Australia instructors. We are offering a great opportunity to individuals that have not previously experienced working at Outward Bound to deliver our exciting programs.

We will be holding a 7 day Instructor Program for successful applicants, that do not have previous Outward Bound experience, in January 2009 and are receiving applications now.

Successful completion of the program means that you will be added to our casual pool and offered employment at Outward Bound at ongoing peak times.
