How the partnership works
Having made the decision to participate:
- Appoint the Project Coordinator or Chairperson
- Liaise with the Outward Bound Community Partnerships Coordinator
- Enter into a Partnership Agreement (merely a guide, without any legal obligation)
- Accept the functions set out in the Agreement (who does what and when)
- Be guided by the agreed timeline (highly recommended but completely flexible)
