Outward Bound recognises Team Contributions
Each year the entire Outward Bound team gets together for a staff forum at National Base. It gives us a chance to evaluate our performance and recognise some standout performers in the team, these people helped Outward Bound course participants to discover their full potential.
Outward Bound’s team features people who fulfil almost every role imaginable. Every person at Outward Bound plays a vital role in delivery our course experiences. The awards spotlight outstanding commitment and performance as well as rewarding members of the team who embody the Outward Bound values.
