What are my options after the Internship Program?

In the seventh month of the program you will be given an opportunity to apply for a 'Group Instructor' role with Outward Bound Australia.

Your application will be assessed on five primary criteria. These are skills, experience, training and qualifications, personal attributes and attitude/performance/behaviour. Many of the sub-criteria will have been obtained during your Internship program.

There are a limited number of vacanices available for permanent full-time instructors. There are alternative options available such as seasonal or casual work opportunities.
